DEFENCE ENTRY for ENGINEERS
UES (UNIVERSITY ENTRY SCHEME):
1. Students in 6th SEM can apply.
Army, Navy and Airforce visit colleges for prelim campus selection. Students
get SSB interview call and who are selected in SSB get placed in 4th year.
2. Boys in 5th Sem. can apply for
Army UES in September.
3. Boys in beginning of 7th Sem. can
apply for CDS, AFCAT and NAVY UES.
4. Girls in beginning of 7th Sem.
can apply for CDS and AFCAT.
5. Girls and Boys in end of 7th Sem.
can apply for CDS, AFCAT and TGC (TGC for Boys only).
6. Girls and Boys in 8th Sem. can
apply for SSC Technical in February.
7. Girls and Boys after 8th Sem. can
apply for CDS, AFCAT, Coast Guard, Navy and TGC (TGC for Boys only).
ENGINEERS:
Many options are available for men & women till
the age of 26 years. Minimum 65% required.
